Intermittent Access Issues with Learning Pages (Mitigated)
We're aware of an incident that may have prevented some users from accessing Learning Pages. This issue affected users attempting to view a Learning Page after clicking a link in a simulated phishing email, as well as administrators trying to preview these pages.
Customer Impact - Users who clicked on a link in an active simulated phishing campaign saw a blank screen with a loading spinner instead of the intended Learning Page content. - Crucially, the clicks from active phishing campaigns were correctly recorded and tracked despite the display issue. - Administrators attempting to preview Learning Pages also encountered the blank screen and loading spinner.
Resolution Status and Next Steps We're pleased to report that our engineering team has successfully mitigated the primary issue, and access to Learning Pages has been restored. Users and administrators should now be able to view all Learning Page content as expected. We are actively monitoring the situation to ensure stability and will perform a full review of the incident to prevent recurrence.
