Identified

We have identified an issue affecting the Phishing Report Button in Outlook for customers using Office 365 or Hybrid environments with EWS or REST API. This is due to Microsoft's deprecation of an authentication endpoint.

Who is affected?
Customers using EWS or REST API for integration are impacted. The recommended resolution is to migrate to Microsoft Graph API.

Temporary Solution:
As a short-term workaround, affected customers could try opt into legacy authentication methods to restore functionality (can take up to 24h for microsoft to replicate the changes). However, please note that Microsoft is expected to take further action in June/July, which may impact this temporary fix.
