Monitoring - The issue causing our mail servers to be throttled has been resolved. While email delivery has resumed, there may still be delays as queued emails are processed. We are actively monitoring the situation to ensure full restoration of normal service. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Update - We are still experiencing a disruption in our email deliverability to some of our Microsoft Office 365 customers. While some emails may still be successfully delivered, others are being delayed or throttled due to the issue. Our engineering team is actively working with Microsoft to resolve the issue as fast as possible. To address the issue, affected customers can enable the SoSafe email server's IP range listed under "Settings > Whitelisting" in the SoSafe Manager. If further assistance or configuration support is needed, please contact our support team (support@sosafe.de).

Resolved - We are pleased to inform you that the incident has been resolved. The issue was caused by a temporary false classification of our Email domain in Microsoft's Global Email Infrastructure. The issue has now been fully mitigated and no emails have been lost.
